It hasn't developed at all, no magazines, missing one from the 9th and this week also. This is not good, as I have paid for entire year.

Liars Cheats and Thieves
When I called the company last week, I inquired about my mother's TV Guide subscription. A rep from Total claimed she had renewed it in August of last year.
The company contacted my mother about the renewal via phone, and she paid via her credit card to extend the subscription for one year. But, the magazine stopped being delivered in Nov. of last year. TV Guide confirmed with me that no renewal was purchased.
It seems that Total pocketed the money. My mother may have been overcharged for other subscriptions totaling thousands of dollars. This is credit card theft and fraud and an all too common experience that customers of Total have complained about on this site and others. The two people that I talked with at the company were very evasive.
They both said they would get back to me in a couple of days, but they never did. They lied to me. My mother is entitled to a refund. One person was belligerent and verbally abusive when I asked her questions concerning my mother's TV Guide subscription.
She was really nasty, and her unwillingness to listen let me know in no uncertain terms that she did not care about customers. She constantly talked over me and yelled at me. When I mentioned to her that there were numerous complaints about Total online, she told me that all the complaints had been resolved. That was another lie.
The company does not have a website. It does not send out confirmation notices for the phone orders it claims to execute, and it does not disclose its physical address. The address that it states online is a UPS store. It hides.
It conceals.
In my opinion, these people are liars, cheats, and thieves. They prey upon the elderly and should be prosecuted for their crimes and put out of business.

Cancelling subscription
They harass small businesses. After we said please don’t call they continued to call and harass my front desk staff.
Forwarded my mail and haven't received any magazines
